Dear Parent/Carer, 

We hope this letter finds you and your family safe and well at this time.

We are delighted to announce that we will be running a holiday camp at Heath Fields Primary School this Winter for children who are eligible for Benefit Related Free School Meals.

And in even betters news we have been able to access funding through the government’s ‘Holiday Activity and Food Programme’ which means this will be FREE for children eligible for benefit related free school meals. Furthermore lunch will be provided for each child attending every day! This is an amazing opportunity for children to take part in something they may not usually have the chance too.

The Holiday camp will run from 10:00 – 14:00 and will run from Tuesday 02^nd January – Friday 05^th January. It will be available to children aged 5 – 11. Children should bring plenty of water/juice for the whole day and snacks if they wish too.

The holiday camp will have the widest range of fun activities on offer, multi-activity camps are always a winner, with a mix of games, sports, and creative activities for all ages. Children will have the opportunity to take part in sports such as football, basketball, cricket, dodgeball, archery, fencing and many others. There will also be an opportunity to take part in performing arts sessions as well as arts and crafts each week.

We expect the uptake will be huge and so we will be monitoring attendance, and any children regularly missing any days that have been booked will have future bookings cancelled to free up the place for other children.

We expect there to be huge demand for this due to the funding and places are offered on a first come first served basis.

Every child who attends our camp who is eligible for Benefit Related Free School Meals will be provided with a free lunch every day. Please provide us with any dietary requirements when booking online.
