Dear parents

Due to the persistent rain and the flooded roads surrounding the village, we have made the decision to close the school early to allow both children and staff to get home safely before the flooding becomes impassable.

We are serving an early lunch at 11.45am and parents may collect their children from 12.45pm. This will enable children to eat before they are collected.

If you have made arrangement for another parent to collect your child please inform us via email to enquiries@churchbroughton.derbyshire.sch.uk

Many thanks for your understanding please take care on the roads because there is flood water on roads leading into the village.
