Dear Parent and Carers, 

We are excited to announce that we are planning on hosting a ‘Welcome Afternoon’. This event is a fantastic opportunity for children, parents, and teachers to spend some time together, have some fun and eat some yummy food.

The Welcome Afternoon will take place on Friday 22^nd September 3.30pm-5pm at the school, we hope to hold the event on the school playing field (weather dependant).

What can you expect…?

• Hot Dogs and Chips (pre-orders see slip below)
• Cake, Tea and Coffee Stall
• Tuck Shop Stall
• Music
• Games and Fun! 

What we need from you…

• Pre-order your hot food by Thursday 21^st September 9am

Complete the order slip below, payment can be made by cash or via ParentPay

• Cake donations

All cake donations (bought or homemade) will be gratefully received on the morning of the event (22/09) – Please ensure any plates, Tupperware are clearly labelled

• Come along, support your school and have fun!!!!!!!!
