Hi to all of our lovely parents,
Just a short note to keep you informed about things this week.
We will be collecting all books on Friday 14th July so that we can sort them out in preparation for September. These will include shared readers, reading for confidence, reading challenge and library books. For this reason, can all children search their bedrooms (and clean them at the same time!) and bring them to school on Friday please?
We would be grateful if all children could also bring in a strong carrier bag labelled with their name so that they can bring all of their books home? We would like these to be brought into school by Friday 14th and they will need to be strong because they have completed lots of work!
Finally, we have slightly changed our Seaside Day to a Fun Day on Friday and we are asking the children to come into school in their summer clothes. Please choose shoes carefully as we will be playing games so pumps or trainers would be ideal and please remember coats. After all, we are only in July and the weather can still be changeable.
